WCR President’s Message:
As expected, Carole Rodoni was OUTSTANDING!!! No wonder she has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and is a highly regarded speaker for our California and national real estate industry. She is small in size, but has a commanding presentation style, speaks rapidly (without notes) is results- oriented, and bottom line driven. She highlighted history resulting in current state of real estate and indicated we are in a much better place than this time last year. " With government stimulus money infusion slowing, this will be a year of transition to bring private money back to run economy. The stock market will be choppy but better, NAR announced homes sales are better, inventory decreasing, multiple offers and prices increasing in certain markets are more positive signs, there are some good things happening in the economy." If you missed her presentation, it can be found on the WCR website She is President of her own consulting company called Bamboo Consulting website: www.bambooconsultinginc.com email: Carole.rodoni@gmail.com
